Tips: the t-shirt is designed originally with a simple hem at the bottom of the sleeve. If you want to make the bottom sleeve with an extensible bias binding, just : 1- cut the bottom of the sleeves by the seam value of the hem (you don't need this margin anymore), 2- cut an extensible bias binding of the length of the bottom of the sleeves (length measured flat), 3- align the bias binding along the bottom of the sleeves still open (before sewing the under sleeves); first put the open bias binding and the edge with right side together, then stitch, fold the bias binding and stitch on the wrong side.... then stitch the under sleeves together.
