Shipping/Ordering Policy

Please contact us at hello.simplififabric@gmail.com if you have any questions. We try to be a quick as possible in replying within a few hours during the work day.  It might take a bit longer on weekends or the holidays.

 

 

It is very important that you (the customer) provide all contact information including telephone contact information when filling out your billing and shipping information.  If that information is not provided it may result in a delay of delivery for your package.  We will fill in the # with 555-555-5555 which may result in you not being contacted asap.  

                                    

If you are needing a shipment urgent and/or fast - please contact us to see if the timeline is possible.  

Simplifi Fabric does not provide a hard copy of the invoice in your package...if you are needing a copy please go to your account history and print off a copy.

 

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS (continuous cuts of the same fabric).

Does not include Designer Prints and notions.

up to 5 yards/meters = regular price
6-14 yards/meters = 10% OFF
15-19 = 15% OFF
20-49 = 20% OFF
50-99 = 25% OFF
100+ = 30% OFF

Wholesale pricing is only available on the Simplifi Collection of fabrics (the Simplifi Collection is clearly listed on the site) - we do not offer wholesale pricing on our whole shop selection.  Please apply for a wholesale application for these lines of fabric.

Other fabrics (exceptions are the Designer Prints - these are limited quantity and are not available at grid pricing) are available with quantity discounts unless a special event is happening.  

Quantity discounts are not valid with any special, sales, other discounts or promos. The quantity discounts will be disabled during these events and then re-instated once the event ends.  *We do double discount..unless Head Office has approved a special promo*

Quantity discounts are NOT valid on Designer Organic Cotton (Cloud9, Monaluna, Birch Fabrics etc.), European Import Knits, Thread, Patterns, Elastic, Webbing and any other products who do not show the quantity breaks discount grid.

                                        

Processing Timelines

In-stock order processing time will be from 1-3 working days which may vary dependent upon volume and numerical sequence of orders received. Shipping timelines will then begin at time of postal or courier pickup and the delivery expectancy is also dependent on the customer's choice of shipping option.

Please note:  Iroquois ON is a very rural location and the delivery trucks do not visit our warehouse daily.  Please read the couriers descriptions to ensure that you have selected the correct method. It is the customers responsibility to be knowledgeable of these timelines.

For example - 'Express delivery 1 day' is from city to city and does not take into consideration the rural pick and possibly a rural delivery which may add on 2 more days to the delivery.  This does not include the processing time.

U.S. Orders

Please note: For US orders we have a daily limit of $800.00 per US address that we are allowed to cross over from Canada to the USA for shipping for USPS (Simplifi is based out of Iroquois, Ontario Canada - a short drive to Ogdensburg, NY USA)

LARGER THAN $800 orders: If your order destined for the US or International and is over $800 it will ship via Canada Post any duties, fees, customs broker fees etc. are the sole responsibility of the receiver/customer. 

Large Quantity Orders:

When you purchase larger quantities of fabric. Please take into consideration that there may be test hole(s), stains, dirt, seams or other unusable areas in the fabric (which may or may not be removable after washing). It is very rare that we allow fabric to go out the door with these imperfections, however it is normal that we receive bolts from our manufacturer in this state. We compensate with extra fabric for the flaws that we notice upon packing.

 



Simplifi Fabric is not able to provide continuous larger rolls of fleece, terry or velour. We receive bolts which may be approximately 40 meters (plus or minus meters).  The larger orders will be a combination of bolts with the least cuts. 

 

Loyalty Points

Custom/Large orders are excluded from our loyalty points program.

 

ORDERING POLICIES

ALL CUT FABRIC SALES ARE FINAL.  (see below for more details)

**Please note you cannot combine orders with a previous order - volume is too high & chances are it has already shipped!!!**

Simplifi Fabric reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time. If we do cancel your order you will be notified via e-mail with the reason why your order has been cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse to do business with any party.

In the unlikely event that a product is oversold we will contact you as soon as we discover the error and you will receive a refund of the purchase price or the option to choose a similar product that is in stock.

Shipping Address
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all accounts (simplififabric.com, paypal etc) all have the correct and up to date address' on file. Our shipping application uses automatic address' based on the purchasers method of payment. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is up to date, otherwise a second shipping fee will apply to reship the order once it is returned to us.

Payments

All methods of payment are noted upon checkout. 

We do not accept personal cheques.

Simplififabric.ca = charges are in CDN

Cancellations

A 10% restocking fee will apply to all cancelled orders - no exceptions.

Refunds and Exchanges

ALL FABRIC SALES ARE FINAL*

Absolutely no returns accepted, unless there has been an approved authorization number from head office.  If any package has been sent back without this approval- no refund will be issued.  

*Returns will be accepted on exempt orders in which damaged/defective or wrong fabric was shipped. This fabric must be un-washed, un-cut fabrics but pre-authorization is required within 14 days of receiving your order. To obtain a pre-authorization please contact us IMMEDIATELY at info@simplififabric.com . Return shipping instructions will be given when pre-authorization is obtained.

If a product is returned for any of the following reasons SIMPLIFI FABRIC will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If a product is returned for any other reason the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

  • Fabric with a manufacturing flaw – we try our utmost best to catch any manufacturing flaws but sometimes they slip thru our fingers.
  • Wrong product - OOPS!

If none of the above meets your situation, the fabric sale is final.

All unauthorized returns/abandoned parcels are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Simplifi Fabric is not responsible for any return shipping charges, unless per-authorized.

 If a return is authorized, you will receive store credit (based on the value of your order minus any shipping, unless otherwise stated)


Non-returnable items:

Textiles that have been washed and cut, or altered in any other way MAY NOT be returned for any reasons. Please inspect and ensure your order is correct upon delivery.

Tracking:

Once the package has been processed....... the customer will receive a confirmation email providing them with the tracking information.  It is the customers responsibility to follow-up with this information via the email or checking the account history.  If by chance that this tracking information is missing - we will be able to assist you.

If an untracked/uninsured service is chosen, Simplifi will not / cannot compensate for any lost/stolen/missing items.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP WITH LOOMIS - if you choose this service the closest ship rate will be chosen with a different courier.

Canada:

All Canadian orders ship via method selected at checkout.  Unless as noted as above. 

If  the method selected by customer is not available on the day processing is completed Simplifi will select the next best or better method.

United States of America:

Orders $800 and under destined to a USA address will ship either USPS or Canada Post, depending on the service the customer chooses at checkout.

Orders valued $800+ will ship from Canada via Canada Post.

Please note: For US order we have a daily limit of $800.00 per US address that we are allowed to cross over from Canada to the USA for shipping (Simplifi is based out of Iroquois, Ontario Canada - a short drive to Ogdensburg, NY USA)

We do not ship to the U.S. on Fridays and Mondays.

PLEASE NOTE: Duties, custom fees etc. may be applicable to all U.S. and International orders totalling over $800.00 (before shipping) upon delivery.  Any additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

This is a breakdown of the costs which we have absolutely no control over as the government sets the fees and rates for.

INTERNATIONAL


We gladly ship WORLD-WIDE via Canada Post or USPS. You are able to choose your service based on your order size at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE NOT ALL SERVICES INCLUDE TRACKING OR DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEE. Any customs, duties, taxes and/or fees upon arrival are the responsibility of the receiver.
 

Unfortunately, there are some countries which we are not able to ship to.  Please proceed to checkout to see if you live in one of those countries. 

Simplifi Fabric does not ship International packages via DHL Worldwide Express unless the shipping quote has been approved by Head Office as our app does not calculate shipping costs correct.  We have tried to have this resolved and there is nothing that can be done.  It will appear. as one of your choices.  Simplifi Fabric does not accept DHL Worldwide Express as an option to International destinations unless the correct shipping quote is approved by Head Office and agreed to by the customer. If the shipping costs are not approved then the order the cancelled and refunded.

 

PLEASE NOTE NOT ALL SERVICES INCLUDE TRACKING OR DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEE.

Any customs, duties, taxes and/or fees upon arrival are the responsibility of the receiver.  These fees will vary with each destination country. 

Please note:  Simplifi Fabric does not ship via LOOMIS - if LOOMIS is selected we will choose the next carrier available and there may be additional fees applicable. 

 

LARGER/wholesale International orders: we request that you open an account with TNT www.tnt.com and schedule a pick up with us. We have found this to be the best rates for large international orders.

 

 

USA & INTERNATIONAL - CANADA POST PARCEL DELIVERY STANDARDS

 

Unfortunately, there are some countries which we are not able to ship to.  Please proceed to checkout to see if you live in one of those countries.  

Shipping "overage" refunds

We do not offer shipping overage refunds, as we have updated our shipping rate application and it now charges exact shipping!! If by chance.... there is a miscalculation of shipping overages it will be reviewed by head office  and we will issue a store credit for the difference (at Simplifi's discretion).

Pre-orders:

Pre-orders will be cut, packed and shipped upon arrival of the product to our warehouse.

Insurance:

Insurance is encouraged, but not required. After the shipment leaves Simplifi Fabric it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Holding/Combining Multiple Orders:

We do not combine or hold multiple orders.

 

                                

Promotion/Sale Policy:

Please note - we do not offer multiple promo for each order placed - you will receive the better promo option for that item.

The only exception is any discount offered for a Pre-order item where we will offer that Pre-order discount with the promo offered at that time.

Please Note: Coupon Codes MUST be used at time of purchase and will not be applied/credited to previous orders which codes were not used.

 

Only 1 (one) coupon code/discount can be used per purchase.

Buy1 Get1 Promos:

There is a maximum of 10 yards/meters when we have the Buy1 Get1 Promo.

We only offer our free shipping promo within North America (exception to Hawaii, Alaska or Peurto Rico) there is absolutely no free shipping to International Destinations.

                                        

Our right to not accept your order or cancel your purchase

We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (including an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:

* the product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded);
* your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
* your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order
susceptible to fraud;
* we have reason to believe that you are a reseller;
* there was an error in the price quote;

*shipping cost discrepancies (unfortunately....the shipping app may provide incorrect shipping costs which is not the responsibility of Simplifi Fabric)
* we could not deliver to the address provided by you.

Simplifi Fabric does not authorize business with any person whose actions we consider to be 'bullying', insulting, hurtful, damaging or other similar actions.  We are an honest, upfront, reliable and very trusting business and expect to be treated the same.
