This is the paper pattern for the TIE Blouse with PEGGY Collar and LANTERN sleeves.

The TIE Blouse is a loose fitted blouse with a v-neckline
and is sligthly cropped. The blouse is closed with ties in
the front. The PEGGY Collar is a wide collar with square flaps in the front and round shape in the back. It has a ruffled edge, but can be made with or without ruffles. The LANTERN Sleeve is a two piece sleeve, with a t-shirt style upper sleeve and voluminous puff style lower sleeve. The sleeve hem is gathered with elastic.

This pattern is designed for woven fabric types. Fabrics like poplin, linen, woven viscose, cottontwill, denim, taslan, broderie anglaise, satin, silk, corduroy and seersucker all work well for this blouse.
