A warm cream cotton with woven motifs and stripes in yellow, blue, light green and black/brown. Jamdani is fine muslin cotton with small geometric motifs, it’s a highly skilled weaving technique that has been practiced in India for centuries. This cloth comes alive once washed, it gets much softer and has a beautiful slub and texture.
- Pattern repeat: 57.5cm.
- Smallest Icon size: 2.4cm x 1.7cm.
- Largest Icon size: 3cm x 3cm
- Large multi-coloured stripe section total width: 7.5cm, each stripe in this section is 1.3cm wide.
- The stripes run parallel to the selvedge.
- Indian cloths are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
