Blouse or dress sewing pattern. Loose fit. Gathered bottom. Lined front and back bust. Side opening at the front panel. Sleeve option: long with elasticated cuffs or short sleeve with hem.

The garment is designed with the use of 2 fabrics of contrasting colors or 2 different materials, fabric 1 for the sleeves, the skirt and the front and back side yokes, fabric 2 for the bust and its lining. Of course, the same fabric can be used for all the pieces.

....what about the taller ones ?

For those of you who would like to use Palerme as inspiration to create blouses or dressesfor children or women, no problem! Ikatee recommends the Elona or Sakura patterns,both similar to Palerme, and both offered in children from 3 to 12 years and in women. Sakura, with its chest, can easily be embellished with an opening in the front (you can use the video to help you assemble the Palerme placket). As an option, the bust can be lengthened. Elona can be "hacked" quickly by creating a front cutout symmetrical to the bust opening.
