The One And A Half Bag PDF Pattern - Merchant & Mills

$8.50 CAD

A marvellous oversized bag with webbing handles that continue down to the bottom seam and a second horizontal handle position, with the potential to tuck away the larger bag.

Seam allowance is 1.5cm and is included in the pattern.

Skill level – beginner.

This PDF gives you a tiled version which you can print at home or an A0 copy which you can send to a copy shop.

Our sample was made out of the Organic Narrow Cotton Natural.

We would suggest using a cotton canvas or denim, dry oilskin, and for a softer look linen would also work well. For more fabric suggestions click on the ‘Suitable Fabrics’ tab.

Fabric Requirements:

80cm’s wide, without nap 1.45M

130 – 150cm’s wide, without nap 0.8M

5.3M of webbing, we recommend using our 25mm British Webbing. However you can use any width of webbing you just don’t want to use anything too heavy weight.

1 x Matching thread (or two if you want to use different threads for your webbing and bag assembly).

Finished Measurements:

Length (measurement taken flat) 55cm’s

Width (measurement taken flat) 62cm’s

These are tight lays, measure your fabric and take care with fabrics with a deep selvedge.

PDF sales are final sale & non-refundable.
